    Hi there.
    I need your help. The product image is not loaded when the filter is active. Please, help.

    Please could you provide us further information about the issue you are experiencing?
    For instance:
    – are you referring to the product image in Single Product page or in Shop page?
    – what’s your site configuration (WordPress version, WooCommerce Version, Active Plugins, Active Theme)?

    Furthermore a simple test you can do to check if this issue is due to YITH WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter is the following:
    Please, try to deactivate all plugins, leaving only WooCommerce and YITH WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter active, and see if the problem is solved. If so, try to activate them again, one by one, to see which one causes the issue.
    If the problem isn’t caused by a plugin, try to activate the default theme Twenty Sixteen and see if you have the same issue.
    Also, if you have customized some files in your theme, please try with a fresh installation without any customization.

    Please try this solution and let us know what’s the result.

    Hi, I talked with the developer of the theme and that’s what he wrote:

    ” the issue come from plugin you installed, not from our theme !

    if still have issue, please contact plugin’s author

    Hi there,
    I can’t visit your site because it’s in maintenance.
    I think that some effect is applied to all images of your site and this effect is not triggered once the filter is applied and products loaded in ajax.
    As suggested by my colleague, I invite you to deactivate your plugins one by one in order to understand if the plugin is in conflict with theme or another plugin.
    In additional, please give me way to visit your site (currently is in maintenance).
    Finally, which theme are you using?

    Hey. I found the cause of the failure. The culprit was the Jetpack plugin. Thanks for help =)
