@seawolff, are you trying to say that the submission form is not correctly submitting reviews unless you are logged in?

This could be happening for any of the following reasons:
    1. You have a plugin that is caching the HTML of the page causing the nonce of the submission form to expire.
    2. You have a plugin or theme conflict

Please send the System Info report from the Site Reviews “Get Help” menu to site-reviews[at]geminilabs.io.

I have read your post again, I am still not sure I completely understand you…but perhaps you are asking why a review doesn’t immediately appear on the page once it has been submitted?

When a review is successfully submitted, the form will show a “successfully submitted” message. If you are not requiring review approval in the settings, then once you refresh the page the new review will appear alongside the rest.

I will add an option in the future to automatically inject newly submitted reviews that do not require approval into the page without a page reload.

I hope this answers your question. Since I have not had a reply in over two week I will mark this thread as resolved. If it is not, please send an email to: site-reviews[at]geminilabs.io

    i have the same problem

Does your site work correctly when “WP Super Cache” is disabled?

If yes, then this is a problem that is caused by the “WP Super Cache” plugin, likely the database caching settings are too aggressive.
