Support » Plugin: Affiliate Coupons » The problem with displaying stores

  • Hello. Great plug-in! I use it on one of my sites and ran into a problem. I created three providers – added a description and an image. I placed a short code on the page, but there are no stores displaying, a message is coming out – coupons have not been found.

Maybe I’m wrong or something I do not know, but how should the plug-in and short code work, if there are no coupons from the supplier, then the provider is not displayed or still should be displayed even if there are no coupons at all?

The short code I use is:

For each vendor – [affcoups vendor=”55″] [affcoups vendor=”51″] [affcoups vendor=”50″]

For all at once – [affcoups vendor=”55,51,50″ template=”standard”]

    Maybe I’m doing something wrong?

  • When I added the coupon, only the coupon is displayed, but the supplier is not displayed. A little bit it is not clear why so?

Please tell me how to make it so that only the vendors are displayed? Your short code that you show in the example does not work for suppliers.

    Hi @nikonn,

using a shortcode like [affcoups vendor=”55,51,50″ template=”standard”] works fine for me. This way you will display all coupons assigned to the related vendors. Right now there is no shortcode/way to “output a vendor” itself, only the coupons!

What do you mean with “supplier”?

Now it became clear that vendors are not separately displayed. It would be great to separately take out the vendor to show only them without coupons.

    Thanks for the answer.

There is one more problem – it is connected with the limitation of the description length in the coupon. The restriction is valid only when coupons are displayed in the template – the list, when the template is applied – the grid, then the composition for the length of the displayed text does not affect.

Thanks for the feedback. I’ll take a look into and see if I can optimize this.
