• Created a site in elementor for a computer. When it came to adaptability for a tablet and a smartphone, I pressed the “adaptability” icon, switched to the “for tablets” mode, when hovering over the tablet icon from above there was a notification that “the current changes will be applied only for tablets” (in my opinion, for screens 1080px and below), but when working in the “for tablets” mode, when making changes – changing the structure of the section, etc. – the changes were also applied to computers. Also, when working in the “for smartphones” mode, the changes were applied to absolutely all devices.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Looking at your site, you are an Elementor Pro v3.1.1 user. The developer can’t have a conversation with customers here. That’s not permitted for anyone.

For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

I can say that disabling elementor pro had the same problems. That is, my application can be considered as a non-commercial product application.

    No, it really cannot.

You’re a Elementor Pro user and they have support for customers on their site. Instead of trying to rationalize why you can post in both places, avail yourself of the option you paid for.
