# The pro version doesn’t update or work

 * Hi, Ryan.
 * I’m sorry to say, but I’m very annoyed by the way this plugin operates.
 * 1) From the start, I have been able to update the pro version atomically from
   the WP dashboard. Before sending you this email I have got again the below message:

 * 2) Autosend and custom price do not work, like really not.
 * Custom price:
 * Normally when creating the gift card product, from the moment you chose allow
   custom price, the WC price field becomes gray, not editable.
    But in my situation,
   when checking the box “allow custom price” the WC field still requiring a price.
   Images intégrées 2 When I leave it empty, Images intégrées 3 the product will
   show with no “add to cart button.

 * If I add any price let say 0 or 12 in the product price field when at the product
   creation,
    then it will show the right fields,

    Note the customer choice is 200. but look what happens when
   I add to cart:
 * BOOM

 * I have, not 200 but 12 the value I had put into the WC price field when creating
   the product.
 * Autosend of Gift:
 * My understanding is that every time a customer purchase a custom price Gift Card
   product, it will generate a new gift card code, that I can see from the gift 
   card list: am I correct? So that I wouldn’t have to create one and send for every
   time a customer purchases one. ( Awesome feature)
 * But as you can see in the below image:

 * there is no 200 £ or not even 12£ gift card generated.
 * Gift card auto sends in settings :

 * One more thing:
 * As you know I’m using the WC front end manager:
 * When adding a product from the front end: everything works fine with the free
   version of the gift card activated.
 * But when I activate the pro version: Once I click on submit button to submit 
   the product, the page doesn’t end loading until I refresh it manually.

 * This one lasted more than half an hour.
 * Can you help…?
    Couldn’t find any find anything in the log. Is it maybe because
   I don’t have the last pro update? Can you please send the last version of pro?
   Is my Licence really working?
 * What’s wrong with the plugin?
