    I connected the facebook account with jetpack plugin, the conection is ok but
    the posts do not appear on facebook. I already uninstalled and reinstalled but doesn’t work. I urgently need this to work

    Hi there!

    Publicize relies on Jetpack’s sync mechanism to work in a timely fashion in order for us to process the post information and send it to your social media sites.

    In your case, something is preventing us from syncing your site properly. This could be due to a number of things, but in this case, first, let’s check your plugins.

    You have quite a few! I’m particularly wondering about your security plugins. Would you please disable those and see if that fixes the problem with our sync mechanism? You can check to see if it worked using this link:

    You should see “Everything looks great!” If that works, then I’d check the settings for those plugins, as they may be configured to be quite aggressive (too aggressive! :))

    If disabling those two plugins doesn’t do it, let’s try to disable them all. If the sync begins to work with them all disabled, then we’ll know it’s a plugin and we can enable them again one at a time to find the culprit.

    If none of that works, we’ll try something else.

    Please disable it under your WP Admin Dashboard -> Plugins.

    I’ve checked again. It’s still the sync issue as I see here

    The issue is likely being caused by how Jetpack uses the WordPress cron system. Can you reach out to your host to have them check to see if cron is enabled and working correctly on your site?

    Could you also check your site’s wp-config.php file, and let me know if cron is currently disabled? If it is disabled, you’ll see this bit of code somewhere in that file:

    define( 'DISABLE_WP_CRON', true );

    Please remove this if it’s present.

    Another thing you might try is installing this plugin:

    … which should let you see if there’s anything wrong with your site’s cron system.

    By default, the WP Cron feature is enabled.

    In this case, the WP Cron feature on the site here was disabled, which is the cause.

    Have you checked my suggestions above? Have you found anything?

    how to enable cron on site? the attendant said that it is activated in the hosting

    Hi,

    The WordPress Cron is enabled by default. Instead of how to enable it, we need to make sure it’s not disabled.

    Have you tried to install https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-crontrol/ to see any possible issue?
