The popup does not appear…

    The popup is configured to be displayed on all pages, immediately upon loading.
    Everything was working, but since yesterday nothing… I tried on several pages, on several browsers…

    Hi @telpo25

    I hope you’re well today!

    There should be only one popup there (“Rencontre…” with a face photo on it), right?

    I’ve visited the page with two browser – Chrome and Firefox (both regular and incognito mode) – and I got the popup displayed.

    If it’s missing for you then:

    – are you using any kind of cache on site? If yes, have you tried to clear it?
    – is that popup set to NOT show after it was closed?;

    Please check the setting in “Behavior” settings of the popup under “Closing Behavior” and “Additional Settings -> Visibility after opt-in”. What are these settings currently?
