The popup builder plugin has a Bug

    I initially contacted support nearly 2 months ago about the bug. PDF’s in a landscape format do not have the ability to scroll or the ability to zoom in on the documents.

    I was told that this would be looked at . . . but there’s been no contact from support . . . at all . . . the Submit Support ticket button on your site doesn’t work and the 7 staff members showing in your online chat haven’t replied to my request for assistance in the chat channel.
