Hello, when im clicking on sidebar Location all i get are an loading window: http://prntscr.com/fzgqtg

I’m fully updated with new versions. Any suggestions?

Hi @fjellsiktno,

Can you try disabling your other plugins and switching to default WP theme so we can see if there are any conflicts on that end?

If that doesn’t return any results can you open console in Chrome and see if there are any errors there when the loading window gets stuck?
You can open console on Windows by pressing Ctrl + Shift + J or on Mac with Cmd + Option + J

This is with the original theme, with no plugins activated i think, still not working, it’s loading… with the one i use aslo have the issue.

Hi @fjellsiktno,

I’m afraid that the theme you’re using is causing script to fail and prevents Custom Sidebars from loading.

Since this is a premium theme it would be best checking with theme devs to have a look at dt-armada/inc/admin/assets/admin_widgets_page.js file and see why it fails on widgets page.
