The plugins’ filter does not show up

    Hi Sir

    I have installed and activated your plugins on my test site, and tried to insert the filter using three methods:

    -Automatic
    -Widget
    -php code: <?php do_action(‘show_beautiful_filters’); ?> in the archive.php template

    The filter is empty; does not display any thing except a box as seen on that test site.

    What could cause that issue?

    Update: my site uses Polylang, and I could see that the plugins shows all taxonomies available on the theme.

    Can you please advise why the filter does not show up?

    Hi Daro,

    I’m unable to see your site.
    But are you sure you’ve set all the basic settings in settings > Taxonomy filters?
    And that you actually have any posts and terms that BTF should filter on?

    Also, could you try disabling polylang just to see wether thats the issue? BTF should be compatible with polylang but there are lots of settings which might cause issues still.
