• I tried to communicate with you by reaching your website two times and asked for help. It was written that you would respond after “a few hours” but after three days you haven’t even sent me an email to warn me you’ve received it.

    I wanted to warn you of a feature you were missing, but for me no luck at all.

    I’m so sorry for the inconvenience you had. This issue never happens at Leap13 and if it did happen we take it seriously. I tried to locate your message to understand what is happened on both website chat and support ticket system but I didn’t find anything. Could you please provide me with a ticket ID or email so I can find it?

    I repeat my apology and I understand your frustration. Again I assure you that this is not the norm here.
