    I saw this error at the top of my wordpress admin dashboard
    The plugin wordfence/wordfence.php has been deactivated due to an error: Plugin file does not exist.

    I went to my plugins and Wordfence was no longer there.

    I tried to re-install from the plugin directory and I got the error: “Installation failed: Destination folder already exists.”
