I wrote to you via the website form but haven’t received a response.

I updated WordPress and your plugin.

Nothing works anymore.
I managed to log in here https://dashboard.time.ly/account and below I see two active sites for this plugin, but they’re both wrong! What happened? Why doesn’t everything work after the update?

Is there any support?

I actually heard and wrote.
I was told to download the new plugin, which requires a credit card connection.
$108 was stolen, and there’s no intention of issuing a refund.
What’s going on?
