The plugin Social Chat doesn’t work

Hi all,
Social Chat plugin doesn’t work i face issue since morning chat not open to any unsaved contacts, error show is popup messages show “Phone number shared via url is invalid” many times i crosscheck number is complete valid and we also use country code before number but still show invalid error. Please check and update me
