    The plugin on mobile is having a problem.
    We typed the first message, so far so good. In the second message the plugin does not allow typing any more messages. I’m using Dialogflow with WordPress.

    This usually happens if Dialogflow set up is not complete.
    Can you email us the page link where we can see the bot in action (quantumcloud@gmail.com)

    Access the website https://acervos.net/acervosnet/ using the mobile, describe the first message, wait for a reply, then try typing the second message.

    Can you try again after clearing the mobile browser’s Cache and Cookies? It is likely a caching issue. If the problem persists, please describe the steps to duplicate the issue.

    You cannot type consecutive messages in WPBot. After the 1st query is sent, the ChatBot will lock the typing area until it can send a reply back for the last query.

    It is the default behavior of the WPBot. Consecutive messages will get the ChatBot confused so the typing area is locked after each message until a reply is returned to the user.

    I believe I have not explained myself properly.
    When I type a message on the desktop, the bot responds to me, when I type the second message it also responds to me, and so on.
    When I perform the same procedure on my cell phone, the bot does not allow me to type a second message.

    Yes, we tested that. Can you please try again after clearing the mobile browser cache and cookies? If the problem persists send us the messages you sent so we can exactly duplicate the steps.

    It is very important that you clear the mobile browser cache completely before checking. There should not be any previously saved conversation.

    I got same problem 🙁
    On mobile, input text is locked after send 1st response message
    eg. first input name ok. Then when try to Send Form Email. Input email locked, visitor cant fill their email.
    After refresh mobile browser, visitor can continue. Can fill email. Then, input text message locked.
