I am sorry, but the plugin is not working. Even from eMag Bulgaria told me not to use it, because it’s not reliable. The cron command are not supported of shared hosting. I found a solution with my hosting provider, putting cron commands in php file and after that executed with cron command, but it is just not sending the products to eMag marketplace. I am sorty, but I give up and uninstall the plugin.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your interest!

We are sorry that you are still having issues with the plugin installation.

We can assess your website for free but in order to do that we need the following:
    * Access to the hosting service (usually is cPanel or FTP/SFTP with user and password)
    * The WooCommerce system report (WooCommerce → Status → Get System Report).
    * Access to your admin panel (link, user and password) – it must be an admin user.
    * eMAG Marketplace account details (user and password).

After we get all the above we can start to identify the issues and then to assist you for a fee in installing or setting up the plug-in.

Please send your message to contact@zitec.com.

    Regards
    Zitec Team

I have just sent you email with all you need.

    10x for support

    Morning,

We received you e-mail and I already forwarded it to our technical colleague.

He will contact you in the following days.

    Thanks,
    Zitec team

THe plugin is full with problems. You offer me paid service, but I rejected it. It will be better to make the plugin Premium, instead of advertise it as free, and after that to ask for money. I removed it.

    Hello,

I understand your concern but we can’t offer free support.

You mentioned on multiple occasions that the plugin it has problems. Please give us some concrete example so we can have a look. I assure you that we are making efforts to keep the plugin up to date.

What I understand it might be a problem in your case is that you haven’t filled up in WordPress the Regular price, SKU and the rest of the mandatory fields from the 8th point in the documentation (Publishing Products To eMAG Marketplace).

Please let us know if you changed your mind and want our paid support.

I will mark this ticket as Resolved now.

    Thanks!

Probably it is very cool to mark all threads as resolved, because is easy, but it is not right.

About my thread, here is my concrete example:

I have configured only one of my products with the required fields. It is product ID 1807

I have set up: regular price, SKU, “Enable stock management at product level” check, stock quantity with positive value (999), “Is product visible to Emag Marketplace?” check, “Emag Brand” filled with the right brand, 2 images set on this product.

I also have written the IP of the blog in the whitelist of emag. The category mapping is done.

    eMag Product settings:
    Product Queue Limit: 100
    Handling Time: 2
    VAT Rate: 20 (default)
Min Sale Price (percentage): 100 (I don’t know what it is, but I set it to 100)
Man Sale Price (percentage): 100 (I don’t know what it is, but I set it to 100)

The Api, Order, Payment and Shipping settings are also set up.
The category mapping is also done!

But, the biggest problem are the cron commands. The “curl” command is not allowed in shared hosting plans!!!

PS: And also the “Emag Marketplace” /wp-admin/emkp_general from the admin menu of the plugin, returns 500 Internal Server Error,

    Thank you,

    Hi,

In the following days, my colleagues will reinstall the plugin and test it on a shared hosted plan.
If we encounter any issues will come back to you.

    Thanks!

    Hello,

We just published a new version which will fix the shared hosted plan. Please update the plugin version and let us know if it’s working.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

With the new cron command “wget” I get the following error message by email:

    Subject: Cron <lugabglj@lego> wget http://www.luga.bg/wp-cron.php
    /usr/local/cpanel/bin/jailshell: /usr/bin/wget: Permission denied

Meanwhile I spoke with eMag Bulgaria Support Team, about my issues with integration between my Woocommerce store and their Marketplace platform using your plugin, and they told me that they were stopped the integration between your plugin and eMag Marketplace
    🙁

Thats why our efforts are in vain…

    Hi,

The error message may be caused because you don’t have the permissions to execute wget. Please contact the hosting company.

Can I mark this ticket as resolved now?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

Yes, wget is denied on my server, but I have another command which is running the wp-cron.php

    cd /home/lugabglj/public_html/bg_wp/ && /usr/local/bin/php -c /home/lugabglj/php-cli.ini /home/lugabglj/public_html/bg_wp/wp-cron.php > /dev/null 2>&1

However the information is still not sent to eMag Marketplace. I have properly set all settings including category mapping and characters.

    Hi,

As we previously mentioned we don’t offer free support.

I can ask a technical colleague to help you with setting up the plugin but you’ll have to pay for it.

Please let me know if you want to move forward with this request.

    Thanks!

No, no, no… As I said already, I spoke with eMag Bulgaria Support Team, about my issues with integration between my Woocommerce store and their Marketplace platform using your plugin, and they told me that they stopped the integration between your plugin and eMag Marketplace. So it is useless give you money, because It will never work.
