I have updated the plugin for the latest three days and the plugin is continue in crashing my website
after the update and activating the plugin, I got this notice:
There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.
and can’t reach my website until I disable the plugin from my host files, any solve? Or any way to know the update will not crash the website?
also how I can know if the ads will still served on my website if I disable the plugin? Does the ads still running correctly or I need to replace the plugin until you solve the issue?

I’m sorry to hear that the recent update is causing issues on your site. Rest assured, we’re here to help.
To better understand why the error is occurring, we need the complete error message. If you have debugging enabled in your wp-config.php file, the errors should be logged in a file named debug.log located in your wp-content directory. You can either look for the specific message related to Advanced Ads and share it with me, or provide the entire debug.log file if possible.
Additionally, you can check your server’s PHP error logs. These are typically found in directories such as /var/log/apache2/ or /var/log/nginx/, or they may be accessible via your hosting control panel. Your hosting provider might also be able to assist you with this.
After providing us with the error logs, you can roll back to a previous version, since you can’t enable the plugin and use the internal rollback function, the only possibility here is to install the previous version manually from the plugins overview page in the WordPress backend. To get the right zip file to install, please visit this page, scroll down to the Advanced options section, and then select version 1.56.4 and click download.

Does the issue persist while using the latest release, of Advanced Ads v2.0.4?
