The plugin is counting div as paragraphs

Hi,

I’m trying your plugin and it looks pretty close to what I was searching for.

I set the plugin to only count <p> tags (it’s the default behavior i guess).
Nevertheless, the plugin is also counting <div> tags, which are most of the time images.

What should I do if I want the plugin to only count <p> tags (and not <div> tags), and display ads after the paragraph number 3, 6, and 9?
