If not, would you be so kind to please tell me what have happened when our plugin stopped working (have you updated your WordPress to the latest one, have you changed your WordPress Theme, have you installed any new plugins, etc)?

I don´t know, now everything is updated, but when the plugin stopped working, the plugins and wordpress version were the same.
I tried to disable the other plugins and change the template but it still not working.
Also I have tried to run the website in a local server and the plugin runs fine.

From what I’ve understood it looks like there are some issues with our plugin and your environment (since the plugin is working on your local server).
I can’t really tell you what the issue is unless I login into your WordPress site and check it out.
Would you be so kind to please send me your WordPress login information (username & password) to support@hypestudio.org or you can just create a new user for me and send me the login information (whatever is more convenient for you)?
