• I bought a one month subscription to the Pro version of the plugin and started testing it on my staging server. A small issue came up and the developer replied on my support request within one day.

    However, then a bigger problem came up (some files not offloading for no apparent reason). When I emailed the so-called “Premium Support” about this, there was no reply. Follow-up emails did not work. Reaching out via the chat on the website didn’t give a reply either.
