# The plugin don’t create the message

 * I nad installed Easy WP SMTP to the admin panel od my site:

 * And I’d checked the sending from menu

   Messages are sending.
 * But at the same time, if you go to the site, enter the feedback form, enter the
   data and click Send, the letter is not generated.

 * It was written as [text* name-1 class:input_item placeholder “Имя*”][tel* phone
   class:input_item placeholder “Телефон*”][date date class:input_item placeholder“
   Дата”][email* email class:input_item placeholder “E-mail*”][textarea message 
   class:input_item class:msg placeholder “Сообщение”][submit class:btn-item “Отправить”]
 * I wrote “email from” and “email to” correctly. I don’t receive the messages from
   the form. And there’s nothing in the spam directory.

 * The form won’t work because you’ve put it within another form element.
 * `<form class="form wow fadeInUp" id="form" target="_parent"></form>`
 * Just remove the outer form.
