If you can tell us what exactly didn’t work then we’ll be happy to look into this and see if we can fix any issue you were experiencing.
Also, do you mind explaining what spam you were receiving? You should only receive a monthly renewal e-mail for the plan you’ve selected. We are looking into preventing these renewal e-mails from being sent out for users on the free plan as we understand those aren’t very relevant.
