    Hi,
    thanks for your message, sorry for our slow reply, we just took over this plugin.

    Would it be possible to provide us with temporary access to an environment where this issue manifests so we can investigate and come up with a solution?

    @shortpixel Hey. Access will not be able to provide, because the plugin is installed on the local computer, on the Denver server. Maybe it did not work only on Denver. But at the moment the need for the plugin is gone. Therefore, it was not installed on a real host.
