    It would be helpful to know what version of WordPress, the PlugIn name,
   and the URL of the site.

   then the error message is because their web site is down for maintenance that
   seems to have gone awry, as they planned to be finished 5 hours ago.
 * You can keep an eye on it at [http://rating-widget.com/](http://rating-widget.com/)
   but be sure to refresh your browser to avoid stale pages in your browser’s cache.
