    Hi,

    I noticed that when the plugin “Ocean Extra” is activated, it disable “Colors” in customization (Appearance > Customize < Colors).

    Is it a normal ?

    Having the same issue. Please help.

    issues:
    1. The menu background color disappeared.
    2. The menus under customization is also not showing.

    Tried disabling every plugin but only ocean extra is generating conflict.

    Hello @shopsrishti

    it seems you are using the transparent header style, please go to APpearance > Customize > Header > General and choose a different header style and check like minimal.

    and for the second issue, go to Appearance > Customize > Footer widget, and set the color code as per need.

    If not resolved with the above, share the website URL to check the issue.

    Note:
    The header is not transparent it’s selected as minimal.
    Only having issues after activating ocean extra.
    As you can see in appended attachment that most of the menu list item is also got deactivated or disappeared after installation of ocean extra.

    Hello,

    Visited your site but not getting any issue.

    Please replicate the issue and share the steps to check it.

    also, Try to disable all the nonocean plugin(keep ocean extra and woocommerce active) and check if it is working or not. If yes, enable the one by one plugin, and refresh the page after enabling each plugin, to check the conflict issue.

    After doing everything it is not resolving. The ocean extra plugin is active for your reference.

    Hello,

    I apologize for your trouble, It is not an issue. It is done intentionally because the OceanWP theme has its own settings for colors in the customizer panel.
