    Could you please confirm that you’re using the latest version of the plugin?

    There was an issue in earlier versions where the plugin could generate a large number of avatar files. This was resolved in version 1.3.11. You can find more details in this support thread:

    If you’re already on the latest version and still experiencing this behavior, could you share your current plugin settings? That will help understand what might be causing the issue in your case.

    Thanks for the reply, I discovered the problem and deleted the plugin so I’m not sure if it’s the old or new version.
