• Hi, I installed this plugin and now any time I try to do anything in the admin side I just get this error message:
    Fatal error: Call to a member function get() on null in /home/timberw1/public_html/timberwoodoffroad.com/wp-content/object-cache.php on line 52
    I can’t even get in to uninstall the plugin now, any ideas about what I can do about it?
    Thanks

    I have similar problem after update my site crash – after reinstalling plugin now i am not able to active Wordfence

    thanks..for any advice .. !

    Hi,
    Are you guys on GoDaddy hosting plan? because this seems to be related to their cache system, please get in contact with GoDaddy support asking for clearing cache from their end, this seems to fix similar issues that I found on the forums.

    Thanks.

    Nope, not on GoDaddy and I can’t clear a cache because I cant do anything in my site!

    I got mine sorted yesterday in the end, different plugin but here’s the link to my thread might help you out.

    https://wordpress.org/support/topic/updated-plug-in-and-site-is-now-broken/

    @tmd123 this error is related to object-caching, either your host or any of your plugins (W3 Total Cache for example) created this file (/wp-content/object-cache.php), so I think you should connect to your website via FTP and rename the (/wp-content/plugins/) folder to any other name, for example “plugins-off”, this will deactivate all your plugins, hopefully allowing you to access your website again.

    If you still can’t access your website, then you can enable WP_DEBUG mode and watch for any error message you might get, also you may need to comment out any line in wp-config.php related to cache, like this one for example:
    define( 'WP_CACHE', true );

    Thanks.
