    Hello Aleksandar,
we have been using it for a while. Version 1.25.1

This happened after the latest update of the plugin, just yesterday afternoon.

    Hi @beautyspot1,

Would you mind sending a message to support@sweetcode.com? We’ll send the next instructions once we received your message.

We’re looking forward to your message.

    Regards,
    Kenneth

    Hi @beautyspot1,

Just an update, here’s what our license provider said about the issue.

This issue usually occurs when the contents of the plugin’s ZIP file were not successfully extracted for some reason.

Could you check if these files exists on your server?

    /var/www/vhosts/beautyspot.gr/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-google-adwords-conversion-tracking-tag/vendor/freemius/wordpress-sdk/start.php

In case it doesn’t, please try reinstalling the plugin. But this time, please make sure that the above-mentioned files are existing before checking again if the issue persists.

If the issue persists, please contact your hosting provider so they can investigate why that specific file is not being loaded on your server. They can check for existing file permission issues.

    I hope that helps.

Let me know how it goes.

    Regards,
    Kenneth
