 * You would need to check if there is a conflict with your theme or another plugin.
   Please switch to a default WP theme temporarily and check if the issue continues.
   If so, deactivate your plugins one by one until the issue disappears.

    Remove other working plugins or change theme to let
   a plugin that break my theme works?

 * We would first need to check which plugin/theme might have a conflict with Awesome
   Support so that we could replicate the issue and check if it’s because our code
   or because the other plugin/theme’s code.

 * I already sent a report to the developers so that they can check the cause of
   the conflict between these plugins. We unfortunately don’t have a date for a 
   resolution to this but I will give the most appropiate handling as possible.
