Hello. I will check the whitelist functionality.
1. It is possible that what I wrote above is not an error. On this page:

you can find out that if our IP is added to the white list (Google/Yandex) and performs an prohibited action, we will be able to continue browsing the website and that our address will be on the list of blocked IP addresses. Although the video is about Premium options and Google/Yandex features, it may also be about the whitelist from the “Whitelist of IP addresses” section on this page:

The delete button works.
The list of blocked IPs is located in the hackme_ban folder inside the uploads folder of your site. By default, this path is wp-content/uploads/hackme_ban relative to the root of the site. Each IP is a separate file in this folder. It is possible that the plugin does not have sufficient permissions to delete a file from this folder. Although this is strange since it had enough permissions to create the file.
As for the fixed functions, the new version of the plugin, with fixes, will be released tomorrow.

I understand. There appears to be a plugin conflict. After disabling this Easy Table of Contents (Autor: Magazine3) plugin, the IP was successfully removed. I will add that CHMOD for the wp-content/uploads/hackme_ban folder and files seems to be ok.
