The plug-in doesn’t work correctly in “fly mode”

    Ciao,
    I embedded this code in a test page, but it doesn’t work properly:

    [formcraft id=’2′ type=’fly’ class=’fc-btn’ background=’white’ text_color=’black’]Test[/formcraft]

    If I try by embedding the code in “sticky mode” everything looks fine.
    Where am I wrong?
