The player is not displayed on the tablet

Hello. Sonaar’s MP3 Music Player displays and works well on computers and smartphones, but does not display on tablet. I tested it on iPad 3. In a responsive web testing tool, it works well but doesn’t work on a real tablet. I cleared cache, cookies, and history in Safari and Google Chrome on iPad 3. No results. The player did not appear. What could this be related to and can you help solve this problem?
