[The Piecemaker 2] Settings just says "Manage piecemakers" and no options

Installed correctly, I’ve added piecemakers and piecemaker-images to wp-includes, I can add Assets.

However, I cannot see any of the options when I click on “Piecemaker” button in the admin toolbar. I have reinstalled several times. Sometimes I’ll see the options but not be able to upload assets, other times I can upload assets but not see options. I’ve never been able to accomplish both. Any ideas out there or anyone else having similar issue?
