    Hello,

I have been having a hard time getting my posts to show on my blog page.

My website is http://www.dokovna.com and it is hosted on godaddy. I recently made wordpress the default start page for the domain. The pages I made show, however, the blog page fails to load the posts. When I go into the admin panel, I can see, and edit the posts. However, I cannot get them to appear on the site. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

  • Try checking your site’s error logs for a more specific error message. Your hosts should be able to help you accessing your site’s error logs.

Well I fixed it. I was never able to get the error logs figured out. I did not call Godaddy because, well they are not very helpful.

Here’s what I did to fix it. I made a new page named test. I set that up as the post page. Then added that page to my menu and deleted the old post page. What ever error there was in the database did not transfer to the new page. The test page had all my old posts. So, I just changed the name to Blog and now my posts are back. Yeah. Not very elegant, but it got the job done.
