    I purchased the plugin (my first ever lol) and when trying to install it I get the message “The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.” I need to get this working please.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
