• Evaluating gallery plugins is the most time consuming exercise on the WordPress platform. And finding one that does good integration with ecommerce takes additional time. The principal integration for doing ecommerce with photos in WPAA+ is Fotomoto. I’ve used Fotomoto before on a completely different platform (.NET), so I’m a little familiar with it.

The integration with WPAA+ is perfect. You can get an SSL certificate for your web site, but with the Fotomoto integration you don’t have to. Which means you’re in business right away.

I would like to see a masonry style gallery, and perhaps more transition effects, but I can wait for that given the fact that this is an open source solution. In case you’re wondering, yes, I did donate to this plugin. It’s worth it.
