# The notes not working

 * The order notes are not showing in the attendee of the event ticket but it is
   showing in my old site but not working with the current site.

 * Are you using the same theme as that of your old site?
 * If you are using a block-based editor for the cart and checkout, the notes might
   not work properly. However, we didn’t detect any issue using the classic cart
   page and editor on our dev site.
 * There are 2 kinds of order notes: Private notes (visible to admin and allowed
   staff/users only) and Note to customer. Both are working properly. All the previous
   notes shown properly as well.
