the newsletter does not reach all the subscribers

    I send our newsletter to 970 subscribers. 260 opens it.

    When I talk to one of the subscribers he tells me he never got any of the newsletters sent this year. Howcome?

    Maybe the newsletter ended to the spam folder, we cannot know. There is few tips about this kind of issues (always due to the delivery server, not the plugin) in our site documentation area.
