The newly created flexible shipping method does not work

After the last update of WooCommerce and your Flexible Shipping plugin (free version), we have problems in the form of incorrect operation of your Flexible Shipping plugin:
After removing the Flexible Shipping method of delivery Shipping from one of zones and creating this method again – it does not works and is not reflects in the basket & during a test checkout.
SETTINGS ARE INSTALLED ACCORDING TO YOUR DOCUMENTATION (see screenshots)
We tried to disconnect and reconnect your plugin, it did not help.
We cleaned the caches for both the site and WooCommerce, but the new Flexible Shipping method has not appeared. If you make a test checkout, you will see the other Shipping methods that WooCommerce has available by default and which we had to deliver so that customers could place an order.And we and you well understand that the default delivery methods for WooCommerce are not ideal, because When setting a flat rate and free shipping, they are reflected in the basket and in the checkout at the same time.
That is why we chose your plugin to configure Shipping for different zones.
Why, when creating Flexible Shipping again, it does not reflect on the site? Your plugin and new version of WooCommerce are compatible and work well together. What could be the problem? Please help us understand this.
