    Hello

Yesterday I detected that the new student registration form had disappeared from the student profile page. there is only access.

A few days ago I updated the new version, along with other plugins, but I did not realize the error until a student told me.

What can I do, I have gone to the previous version of all the plugins, everything works except this.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
