    ¡Thank you for this plugin!

    Is there a fix so that the new image appears instantly without showing the old logo for a second?

    Hi,

    It’s done with JS so there is a slight delay. We are checking if we can improve this somehow. Thanks for your feedback!

    Hi,
    I wouldn’t mind paying for the plugin, but the delay has been fixed or just improved???

    If it works well, I have no problem paying for the Pro version, but if not, how do I request a refund?

    Forgive me but I don’t like being dizzy because I don’t make anyone dizzy…

    Is there a link where I can see the plugin running and check that the delay has been fixed?

    The delay is non existent in our tests. Of course, you will get a refund if it is not to your liking. Just open a support ticket from https://qc.ticksy.com/ if you need help or a refund. No worries 🙂

    Hello,

    I just bought your plugin, the Pro version (I bought it with the email “flory….” through PayPal for an amount of €21.04.

    I have installed it on a local server and there is absolutely no difference compared to the free version; the delay is still there without any modification.

    As I asked you before buying it, now I have to ask for a return.
    Now I understand why you didn’t want to provide a test link (live demo).
