The most slow and lazy support I’ve ever seen

We’ve spent at least 60+ hours to put all of our calendars on the plugin.
Unfortunately, the Stripe integration doesn’t work and we’re unable to accept online paymnts.
I’ve contacted support 5 days ago and at the moment I’ve had no help what so ever.
The chat support is always offline.
The rare times when they are online, they’ll just tell you to enter a ticket (what’s the point of having a chat then ?).
Having a plugin for booking and not being able to take payments for 5 days is a HUGE loss for our business.
Wouldn’t recommend this plugin to anyone, use Crocoblock, their support and plugins are 1000% better and more reliable.
