The most flexible forms software with the best customer service

We started using wsform this year and are so impressed with its functionality and also their customer service. Mark works very hard to respond to each and every question in a timely manner. We are so glad to have added wsform to our tech stack!

Some of the things that we like about wsform:
1. Their knowledgebase is comprehensive. This is where you would start and if you can’t find a solution their team will respond to your ticket in a timely manner.
2. As an agency you don’t have to worry about paying extra for all the add-ons. This is incredible because premium integrations like Salesforce, Mailchimp, ConvertKit, PayPal, Stripe, to name a few, are all included. You just need to install that specific plugin if you’d like to use it.
3. Their responsive form builder layout is as simple as it gets!
4. Webhooks! Need I say more?!
5. It works great straight out of the box and when paired with conditional logic will only make your form more powerful!
