I configured the DNS myself. Everything was done by me.
ns1.epizy.com was provided by infinityfree and it was plugged in into NS of the domain. the site loaded well with it. After i secured SSL for it, the site encountered the current issue – inability to load on https.
My FTP settings:
FTP Settings
FTP user name epiz_23891795
FTP password Same as your cpanel password
FTP host name http://ftp.epizy.com

That was the first thing i did after cloudflare activated the SSL certificate. I installed the simple SSL and then reconfigured the wordpress setting url address to https.
SMH here. @autotutorial please stop right now. I’m just glad you’re not running my servers. Thankfully I used to own a hosting company. Arrrrrgh.
@temayor login and rename your plugins folder. If you can, also grab what’s on your htaccess.
Many hosts require the SSL be installed on their end.. making the one cloudflare provides useless.
I would suggest going using a plugin like Better Search and Replace to fix any references to the insecure version of the URL after activating the SSL on the hosts side. If you find that some pages are still showing the “insecure content” error after using Better Search Replace then you will need to go into the code for those page or the page editor of your theme and update the references manually by changing the images/urls/etc so that they are linking to https.
Hope this helps once you get your SSL working kindly tag the thread as resolved.
