The Media Can’t be loaded

    Hi
    We have many videos on our website, secured with “Simple Private Video Plugin” by SumaPress.
    They were working fine, until 2 days ago, the videos just attempt to load forever.
    with this message on the top of the video area:
    “the media could not be loaded either because the server or network failed or format is not supported”
    …
    I removed the secured video blocks and embed the same videos without the plugin, they worked immediately.
    Can you advice please ??
