the map won’t display on my site

    Google map will not display on the contact page for the site. I have an API key added to the Huge IT Map dashboard, but I think I got that API key while I was using an old Google Analytics code, which has since been updated to me by the client. Maybe I need to get a new API key using the new Google Analytics code? If so, I have two questions: 1) how do I get a new API key?
    2) how do I change the API key in the Huge IT Map dashboard? I added the google API key via the plugin dashboard originally, but it won’t seem to allow me to delete and enter a new API key.

    I’m using the free version of Huge IT Maps and my theme is Avada.

    Thanks for reaching out us.
    We have checked the provided website link and found some errors in the console: http://prntscr.com/i8j142
    And the errors are probably related not to the API key but to a conflict with one of the plugins or theme. In order to detect that, could you
    1) deactivate all your plugins one by one and check if the problem exists or not
    2) change your current theme to one of WordPress default themes for a few seconds only to check if the issue is theme related or not

    Thank you. I tried your suggestion to deactivate plugins one by one and nothing made a difference. I’m afraid to change my current theme because there are so many customizations on it. Won’t I risk losing the customizations if I deactivate the theme and then reactivate it?

    Dear annvb1,

    Have you applied some custom coding on your theme?
    If not, then the customizations which have been done from the ready options should be saved. This is the way regularly plugins and themes work.
