# “The Loop” Help

 * I am looking to modify my have_post()/the_post() loop to only display the most
   recent 3 entries.
 * How on earth would I go about doing that? lol.

 * If just for general page use – i.e. you don’t want more than 3 posts on any index
   or archive based page, set it in the options on your WP install.
 * Go to:
    Dashboard->Options->Reading and change the Blog Pages “Show at most” 
   setting.
