The following plugin, Apollo13 Framework Extensions is the culprit. @dev, please, see if you can look into it, I deactivate it while Rife Template plugin needs it faction.

    Hello 🙂

It is very hard to tell anything in such situations without a live link.

Apollo13 Framework Extensions plugin gives extension to the theme.

I suspect you have issues caused by a cache, as when plugin is active, theme settings styles are stored in well cached file, named user.css. So it is probably stored by some level of cache(browser, server, plugin, cdn).

Without the plugin, theme settings styles are printed inline, and they bypass cache.

    With kind regards.

    Hi,

    Thank you @apollo13themes
Meanwhile, I have two installations I am having this issue, now I deactivated all the plugins, and only the Apollo13 Framework Extensions plugin is active yet the issue persists but when deactivated then the logo shows up. I can send the link to you through email. Cheers

    Hey 🙂

I have no clue what could be going on. Maybe you just have to edit settings and resave them, so the file that stores settings will be regenerated.

Another option is to delete user.css file located in wp-content/uploads/apollo13_framework_files/css and it will be regenerated on the next page refresh.

    With kind regards.

    Hi,

Greatly appreciated @apollo13themes, deleting the user.css do the magic!

I activated the plugin earlier and it forces both the logo and some images out, now that deleting the user.css solved the issue, the logo is back but the installation can’t accept some of those images, any solutions for the images, to reuse them? Many thanks!

This is a serious issue for me, deleting the user.css solved the issue on desktop but not the mobile. I later find out the issue persists on mobile.

I am almost sure it is issue with the cache on your mobile, or you need to check HIGH DPI version of the logo. Can’t tell anything without a live link.

    With kind regards.
