    when i try to upload plugin then it will apear like this

    “The link you followed has expired.”

    i am using local host, i download the plugin from wordpress.org then i try to upload then it show me this message “The link you followed has expired.”

    there is also this kind of message “An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.org or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums”

    what am i suppose to do
