I just tried to replicate that problem and was not able to unfortunately. This most likely means that your site has some other security configurations that might be interfering with WP Rollback’s ability to communicate with wordpress.org successfully.

Have you tested rolling back other themes or plugins at all?

Can you tell me more about your environment and any other plugins you have installed that might interact with how plugins/themes are updated or managed?

WordPress 5.1.1 running Twenty Ten theme. No modifications to the theme, eg no child themes.

No other plugins that are obviously associated with how plugins/themes are updated or managed.

Tried deactivating all plugsin, got the same result.

Tried rolling back various plugins, always get the result “Plugin you’re referencing does not exist.”

Can you review this ticket? See here how he found that plugin updates were restricted via wp-config.php. Do you have define(‘FS_METHOD’,’direct’); in your wp-config.php file?
